IT OnTime delivers rms in three different ways. You can start using rms as an ASP product.
When your usage grows, you can purchase either a Named User License or Server License for rms.
ASP Version - A fully functional rms project running
on IT OnTime servers. You define your Service Catalog, Forms and users.
Alternatively, for a higher fee, IT OnTime can provide the set up
and on-going administrative resources to you. Fees are payable monthly with a minimum
one-year commitment. If you convert to Server license within
the first 90 days, IT OnTime will credit half the ASP fee towards
the cost of your Server license.
Named User License - Smaller organizations or large organizations just starting with Request Management can start with then
the Named User Licence of rms. Get started and then add users as you needs change.
This is a full version of rms to the user count that you purchase. You can
purchase User License Packs in groups of 10.
Server License - Larger organizations who want to deploy rmss widely will get the
best value from Server Licenses. There are no limitations on projects, forms or users. Pricing is by server.
CONSULTANTS
IT OnTime also knows that there are consultants than can benefit from rms. Consultants
can purchase Client Licenses for use with their consulting clients. Each client requires one license.
